Last week I had every good intention of listing a bunch of new things in Vintage Supply, but every free moment was eaten up by our renovation project. With a big sigh of relief, I am happy to say we are finally finished.
We moved our furniture back in toward the end of the week and it sure felt good to sleep in my own bed again!
All of my favorite collectibles can stand on their own now without having to compete with the busy wallpaper.
I still need to order a lamp to mount on the wall in my little reading nook. There's always those odds and ends that can be done as time permits. This is the one I am dreaming of getting.
I ended up painting this strip of wall along the ceiling a soft gray color.
I ended up really going with the black and white theme after we got the floor in.
I love my new retro style lights!
I got a bargain on this vanity. We needed to go with a small size for this space and found a display model on sale at Lowes. It fit perfectly!
My old medicine bottle collection looks great in the bathroom. I'll need to get another shelf unit if I buy anymore!
So...that's it for now. Are you tired of hearing about home renovation yet?
Thanks for sticking with me through the thick and the thin on this project! Your words of encouragement kept me going some days.
Have a great weekend!

Wow! Congratulations on your very successful renovation. Your house is looking beautiful, and I love what you did with your bathroom. It's classical-inspired, with the black and white tiles and the retro lamp. That's actually a unique concept! =)

Oh, I just LOVE every last detail! You did just an excellent job, and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Everything is absolutely correct for your period home. SO well done.

It really did turn out great. I bet you are loving it. That is a very pretty yellow you selected.
