It's giveaway time! I've assembled a fun group of found objects that will surely inspire you to get out there and create some art or jewelry or whatever it is that you do.
The drawing will be on Wednesday, February 26th. You can leave a comment here to enter or go over to my facebook page and register there. Good Luck....who knows, it may just be you that gets picked!
Speaking of creating, I've been busy working on Charlotte dolls for the past few weeks.
I got all these cute little mini embellished dolls made and most of them are listed
If you feel up to the challenge of making your own dolls, I've just added a nice selection of different sizes and shaped Charlottes to my etsy shop.
I also added vintage optical lenses with pre-drilled holes. They are pendant ready.
I really adore old purple bottles. These come from a landfill in Georgia. They are dug up and thoroughly cleaned...ready for a new home!
These old clock gears have a great industrial vibe. I've used these in the past to make pendants....they would also be great in assemblages or robots.
Here's a nice selection of doll parts....all very old. I like to collect things in groups like this. I add them to my stash and then I can sort through at a later time when I'm trying to come up with ideas.
I love vintage rhinestone necklaces. This is an old one with lots of age and a worn patina.
Ok, that's all for now. I need to get out and enjoy this beautiful day. We had snow last week and today is supposed to be in the 70's. That's South Carolina for you!
Don't forget to enter the drawing!
